The Authentica 'Hygiene Management Skills' Course

22^nd to 25^th September 2009

This three-and-a-half day certificated course is for managers in hygiene-sensitive production facilities who are working with, or developing, systems compliant with one of the British Retail Consortium Global Standards. It is appropriate for recently appointed 'designated managers' (as required by the BRC Standards), their deputy as well as those with more experience. The course content also matches the requirements of  ISO22000, a standard that is being adopted by some sectors of the packaging industry in the UK and in Europe.

The Authentica Internal Auditing Course

 

Internal audits are one of the vital mechanisms by which compliance and continual improvement can be demonstrated. This course is designed to provide members of an audit team with a consistent and confident approach. Emphasis is placed on the importance of follow-up actions to ensure prevention of recurrence of non-conformances, as well as management system development. The course is practical in style, and includes exercises in the factory.

 

The price of this one day, on-site, course for your Audit Team, is £900.

The Authentica HACCP Workshop,

incorporating Hazard and Risk Management (HARM*)

 

BRC and ISO Standards (such as ISO22000) require the application of HACCP to develop Food Safety, Hazard and Risk based, management systems. Authentica has long taken a lead in offering pragmatic and practical solutions; these form the basis of this workshop. A combination of practical exercises - including shop-floor assessments in your own factory - and preparation of actual HACCP documentation, assure a successful outcome.
